The new EU regulation on machinery

After the new EU regulation on machinery comes into force, economic operators will have 42 months to adapt to the changes and new requirements. After that, they must apply the regulation.

This seminar will highlight and comment on the most important of the many innovations.

In addition to the adaptation to the model provisions of the New Legislative Framework (NLF), there have been structural changes as well as additions to the articles and annexes with regard to technological developments.
