SCHEMA ST4 training
Are you about to introduce the system or are you on your way to becoming an admin? Would you like to expand your knowledge or deepen a training course you have already completed? Here you will find the seminars "Schema ST4 Basics" and "Schema ST4 Poweruser". You take part in the training with your own computer to get the most out of your training. In this training course, you will be given access to a system provided by us. You do not need to have your own SCHEMA ST4 installation.
SCHEMA ST4 Basics
The quickest way to use SCHEMA ST4 efficiently is good training! Using a sample project, you will go through the steps for creating a user manual, including the creation of variants.

In this course you will learn how to create new users in SCHEMA ST4 and assign them different rights. You will set up metadata and taxonomies and expand the selection of security messages and inline elements. You will also set up additional languages.

Seminar/Online-Workshop - SCHEMA ST4 editing system - 7 days of practice
As digitalization progresses, technical information is increasingly being created on a modular basis in content management systems such as Schema ST4. In this practical week, you will learn about the diverse tasks and possibilities of content management and then apply them in practice. You will practice creating structures, modularizing and classifying content, publishing documents and much more in Schema ST4.
Your benefit
- You will receive 2 seminar days of training in Schema ST4 so that you can create, edit, compile and publish modular content.
- In the subsequent 5-day online workshop, you will apply your knowledge in practice using practical examples: You will design and create several variants of instructions directly in Schema ST4. During this time, you can ask questions at any time, which will be answered once a day.
- In an editorial system such as Schema ST4, content is typically created by different authors. All participating persons form an editorial team in which each individual takes on a specific task. You will learn how important it is to coordinate with the team when working in the editorial system.
- All open points are clarified in a final meeting.
