By definition, technical communication involves the creation and delivery of information products designed to ensure the safe, efficient, and effective use of products (technical systems, software, and services). This primarily refers to the materials and documents that a product manufacturer provides to the public: user manuals, operating instructions, service manuals, installation manuals, software manuals, and online help.

Companies are increasingly using content management systems (CCMS) to create these materials and documents, or are planning to use them in the future. tecteam supports and guides these companies throughout the entire system implementation process—from selection and content engineering to implementation.

Expert advice from experienced professionals, a competent team of technically skilled colleagues working behind the scenes, and an understanding of people—these are the ingredients that make such projects successful. Employees involved in implementing digitalization processes within companies must be equipped with the necessary skills. To this end, the tecteam Training Institute offers numerous seminars and workshops. Here, participants can acquire or expand their skills and knowledge to be prepared for future demands in all areas of creating, structuring, and distributing information products.
