What might modern product documentation look like in the age of digitalization? This question captured the attention of the interested audience at the tecteam System Day on Thursday, September 27, 2018.

Rainer Börsig, CTO of Fischer Information Technology AG, explored the topic from various angles in a presentation: from information collection to management and finally to the use of that information. The audienceconsisted of technical writers, information managers, and decision-makers from various business units, some of whom had traveled a long way to Dortmund.

In addition to presenting the Fischer digitization suite, Rainer Börsig also focused on various practical solutions that will be important for future data usage—whether by operators, service personnel, or the sales team.
